The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and executing content-driven social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role is exclusively focused on organic marketing and does not involve paid advertising or performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
Manage the company's presence across key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.
Maintain and manage a structured content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication.




Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify prospects for continuous improvement.
Track and analyze key social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels.
Foster an active online community by engaging with audiences and maintaining a professional brand presence.
