Mani Sales(Bangalore) is looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Service Engineers / Service Executives to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of electrical products. The role involves extensive field visits and close coordination with the Bangalore office to ensure timely and effective customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation, commissioning and servicing of electrical products at customer sites.
Provide technical support and after-sales service to builders, contractors, panel builders, and individual customers.
Diagnose product issues and provide effective solutions within the committed turnaround time.
Maintain service records, installation reports, and customer feedback.
Conduct preventive maintenance visits and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in the proper operation and maintenance of products.
Achieve assigned service targets and maintain quality standards.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory for service activities.
Experience
3 years of experience in electrical product installation, maintenance, or field service.
Required Skills
Valuable technical knowledge of electrical products and systems.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Eligibility
Male candidates preferred due to the field-intensive nature of the role.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
