Job Summary: Performs advanced skilled activities to support manufacturing operations and business needs. Utilizes appropriate tools, machinery, and specialized equipment while maintaining a robust focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Works independently and serves as a resource to coach and guide less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Identify and immediately report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.

Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Proactively promote a culture of safety and interdependence across teams.

Participate in HSE training and continuous safety improvement initiatives.

Perform work as per diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.

Conduct quality inspections and identify areas of improvement.

Support equipment uptime through failure analysis and feedback into preventive maintenance systems.

Proactively raise concerns to minimize cost and quality risks.



Delivery & Operations Execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support achievement of production targets through productive task execution.

Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and inefficiencies.

Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems. Teamwork & Capability Building Communicate effectively with team members and support functions.

Coach and mentor junior employees; act as an informal technical resource.

Participate in training and development aligned with business needs.
