Job Summary The Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring high customer satisfaction, achieving service revenue targets, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves leading the service team, improving workshop productivity, and ensuring effective vehicle service and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the service workshop.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality repairs.
Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency.
Achieve monthly service revenue and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets.
Supervise and guide Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Monitor job allocation and workshop workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.




Monitor spare parts availability in coordination with the Parts Department.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Conduct regular team meetings and staff training programs.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile service industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
