ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Configure integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
Perform scripting using JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, and Windows scripting.
Support infrastructure discovery, monitoring, and CMDB data management.
Participate in testing, deployments, Agile ceremonies, and SDLC activities.

Required Skills
Robust experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix administration, and infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage).




Experience with monitoring tools and ServiceNow reporting.
Valuable understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, ITIL concepts, and testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with integrations and automation scripting.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification.
ServiceNow certifications in Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping.

Soft Skills
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Active participation in planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings
