As a Senior Specialist, you will be at the forefront of technical development, guiding and mentoring a team of ABAP professionals. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design and develop effective ABAP programs and modules, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
Implement and integrate SAP S/4HANA technologies, leveraging your expertise in technical architecture.
Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices to maintain high standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring transparent and comprehensive records.
Participate in project planning, estimating, and resource allocation,



contributing to successful project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong track record in SAP implementation and support projects.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies and best practices, including technical architecture and design patterns.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in code reviews and ensuring code quality, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
Up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficiency in SAP development tools and environments, including ABAP Workbench and SAP GUI.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in SAP ABAP and/or SAP S/4HANA are highly advantageous.
