As a member of the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional support to our VRM users. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our VRM platform, enabling us to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate support to VRM users, addressing their queries and concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Sky VRM platform.
Offer guidance and training to users on VRM features and functionalities.
Monitor and analyze VRM performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and bug fixes.
Maintain accurate records of support interactions and generate reports.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Stay updated with the latest VRM industry trends and best practices.




Assist in knowledge base development and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a VRM support or customer service role.
Solid knowledge of VRM platforms and their functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using help desk or support ticketing systems.
Familiarity with data privacy and security practices.
