Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials in system/ERP.
Conduct daily stock updates and monthly physical stock verification.
Prepare GRN, Issue Notes, and other material movement documents.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase for timely replenishment.
Ensure availability of raw materials and consumables for smooth production flow.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper layout of the store area.
Liaise with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments for material-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Prepare periodic stock, consumption, and inventory status reports for management.
