Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Write optimized, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
Perform query optimization and database performance tuning.
Analyze execution plans and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Design database schemas for scalable enterprise applications.
Develop ETL processes and data migration solutions.
Monitor database health, indexing, backups, and recovery processes.
Collaborate with .NET developers to integrate database solutions with applications.
Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in database architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with database design and normalization.
Knowledge of SQL Server Agent, SSIS,



and SQL Profiler.
Experience in data migration and ETL development.
Understanding of transactions, locking, blocking, and deadlock resolution.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with .NET applications.
Exposure to Azure SQL Database or cloud-based database platforms.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, ERP, or SaaS products.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
