Technical - Infrastructure or Application Management
Adaptable - Needs to travel for 2- 3 months based on requirement as and when recent projects are getting transitioned.
Role in brief
Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise.
IT service transition managers provide overall planning for service transitions and co-ordinate the required resources.
