Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager – Commercial Laundry & Kitchen Equipment

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years (preferred in Commercial Laundry/Kitchen Equipment industry)

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead and grow our Laundry and Kitchen Equipment sales across India, with a key focus on the South and West regions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue in capital equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead sales initiatives for laundry and kitchen equipment in both ongoing projects and the replacement market.
Build and maintain strong relationships across sectors including hospitality, consultants, principals, PMC firms, owners, and operators.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across assigned regions.
Set and monitor sales targets for team members and report performance metrics to senior management.
Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development to the sales team.
Equip the team with updated product knowledge, market insights,



and selling techniques.
Represent the company and promote products effectively to target customer segments.
Independently interact with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
Identify current business opportunities and emerging markets while tracking competition and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
8–10 years of successful sales experience in the Commercial Laundry and/or Food Service Equipment industry.
Proven ability to manage sales teams and deliver results in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
