Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate with a strong background in jewellery retail sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and precious gemstone jewellery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Handle customer queries, billing coordination, and after-sales service.
Ensure accurate product display, inventory handling, and stock management.
Explain jewellery features, certifications, and pricing to customers.




Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Associate in the Jewellery Industry.
Solid knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for luxury retail sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Graduation preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
