Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with daily administrative activities.

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.

Coordinate with customers regarding orders,



deliveries, and inquiries.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events.

Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support the preparation of sales contracts and proposals.

Track sales targets and provide updates to management.
