Role Description The Sr. SAP B1 Functional Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Yamunanagar. This role involves leading SAP Business One implementation and support activities, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.

The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to map processes to SAP B1 functionalities, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations. Daily responsibilities include managing project documentation, conducting user training, supporting go-live and post-implementation activities,



and providing ongoing functional support and process improvements. The role also includes advising clients on best practices and ensuring that SAP B1 solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and design effective SAP B1 solutions.

In-depth understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and production.

Hands-on experience with SAP B1 and related SAP modules such as SAP Sales ,Production and Materials Management.

Proven consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, solution presentation, and user training.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.

Experience leading end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

Robust communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams on-site.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and adapt to evolving project and business needs.
