We are looking for a Solar Project Engineer to take complete responsibility for the in office execution of industrial rooftop and ground-mount sites—from mobilisation to testing, commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
Supervise civil, structural, electrical and installation activities.
Manage contractors, manpower, materials and daily site operations.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with customers, design, procurement and internal teams.
Track project progress and submit regular reports.
Handle testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy Engineering.
2–5 years of solar project execution experience.
Solid knowledge of solar components, drawings, BOQs and site safety.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
