Bhavin Gems is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in diamond, jewellery, or inside sales.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust customer service and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In office, Surat

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
