Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will manage technical sales activities, provide advanced technical support to clients, collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives, and maintain solid relationships with customers. The role also includes identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable analytical and scientific solutions, while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Solid skills in providing Technical Support,



including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to analytical and scientific instruments.

Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, building robust relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience in the scientific and analytical equipment industry is highly advantageous.

Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred.
