Our subsidiary in Bangalore is expanding as a decentralized IT Global Capability Center (GCC) under Group Services India, offering a wide range of technical responsibilities and opportunities for ownership.

Provide 2nd level IT support for end users

Administer and maintain the local and global IT infrastructure

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems and services

Manage and support

Windows Server environment and client infrastructure

Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

Active Directory / Entra ID and identity management

Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis

Classify, prioritize,



and coordinate incident resolution

Support and lead IT projects (e.g., migrations, rollouts, cloud initiatives, security improvements)

Create and maintain technical documentation and standards

Collaborate with global IT teams to align on best practices and architecture

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and governance standards Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification 5+ years of experience in system administration in an international setting Robust knowledge in: Windows Server, client management, and virtualization Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid environments is a plus Experience with automation (e.g., PowerShell) is beneficial Familiarity with ITIL processes and structured service management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of ownership, reliability, and a proactive working style Excellent communication skills in English German is an advantage, but not a requirement Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, India (On-site, no shift work, standard local working hours)
