Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full time, in office position based in Hyderabad.

The Store

Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to provide an organized and appealing shopping environment.

Incharge will handle customer escalations, support customer service teams, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also includes tracking sales performance,



implementing retail loss prevention measures, and coordinating with management on store targets and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and handle customer concerns effectively.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and customers clearly and professionally.

Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee daily operations, staff performance, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to manage shrinkage, monitor store compliance, and support secure store operations.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or supermarket management experience, knowledge of basic sales and inventory systems, and the ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, along with proven leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
