Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules, ServiceNow architecture, integrations, platform design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
Define scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements.
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
Develop and review solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Drive platform best practices, governance, security, performance, and upgrade strategies.
Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
Review technical designs, code, integrations, and overall solution quality.
Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
Support ServiceNow implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.




Mentor ServiceNow developers and ensure adherence to development standards.
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Required Skills
8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Strong experience in REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and web services.
Knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.
Experience with CMDB and ITOM is preferred.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrade, performance, security, and governance best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certified Application Developer (CAD)
CIS - ITSM
CIS - Discovery / ITOM (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Valuable to have)
