ServiceNow Configuration & Development
Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk domains.
Perform hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration, including workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB management.
Develop and integrate APIs using JavaScript and RESTful services.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow solutions and optimize performance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, including ML/Generative AI, to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
8+ years of overall development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, AngularJS.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Experience with GCP, Agile/Secure frameworks.
Exposure to ML/Generative AI (desirable).
