Developer Lead - Looking for a Lead developer and SME who have hands on experience in ITSM, ITOM - CMDB, Discovery, Automation and SPM but not limited to.
ServiceNow ITOM Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions.
CMDB Knowledge: Solid understanding of the CMDB lifecycle, including discovery, service mapping, and CI data integrity.
Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and API integrations for systems like AD, MID Servers, and credential stores.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to develop custom patterns and workflows.
Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools.
CSDM Framework:



Solid knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Hands on Script automation, backend development, understanding of ITSM, RPA, ability to use flow designer and design workflows.
Channel the team and adhere them to build per the Architecture design.
Core strength in architecting design solutions.
Automation experience will be a big plus.
Ability to participate and contribute to pre-sales, presentation, and build technical road map.
Understand and estimate the effort and project cost.
