Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and branding objectives.
Create monthly and weekly content calendars for all social media platforms.
Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to develop engaging content ideas.
Write compelling and creative content, including captions, posts, blogs, and promotional copy.
Coordinate with the design team to create high-quality visual content for social media campaigns.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Ensure timely and consistent posting according to the approved content calendar.
Manage and maintain all company social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, and respond appropriately when required.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.




Identify prospects to improve content performance through analytics and audience insights.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and company announcements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, HR, and Sales, to create relevant and impactful content.
Maintain the company's online brand image and ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines.
Recommend recent content formats, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
Maintain a repository of published content and campaign performance reports for future reference.
Ensure all social media activities are completed within the planned timelines and contribute to achieving marketing KPIs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
