About the Role The Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing US mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines, and managing a team of professionals in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities Expert level knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documents and various mortgage processes in Originations. Preferably in underwriting Good email writing skills, well versed in MS Excel,



MS PowerPoint Experience in managing back-office mortgage Operations in outsourced environment and capable of managing 80+ FTE Capable of handling recent process migrations Ability to build & motivate teams Ability to manage client relationships and escalations Ability to communicate with Wipro's senior management Qualifications Education: 12+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Required Skills Expertise in US mortgage operations guidelines Robust communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Preferred Skills Experience in underwriting Experience in managing large teams Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
