We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SMB Portfolio Sourcing & Management Qualified to focus on identifying high-potential Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) within their designated hub. You will be instrumental in supporting these SMBs by facilitating corporate partnerships, market access, funding access, and robust growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering the growth of small and medium enterprises and driving tangible economic impact.

Key Responsibilities
SMB Identification & Engagement:
Work collaboratively with industry associations (CII, FICCI, NASSCOM), government agencies, and corporates to source scalable SMBs.
Facilitate SMB onboarding into growth programs, ensuring solid alignment with current industry needs.
Build and nurture relationships with corporate accelerators and government support programs.
Scaling & Market Access:
Facilitate crucial corporate partnerships to help SMBs secure pilots, proof-of-concept projects, and B2B deals.
Guide SMBs on effective market expansion strategies and the refinement of their product-market fit.
Support SMBs in successfully navigating public procurement opportunities.




Alternative Financing & Investment Readiness:
Assist SMBs in accessing grants, impact investments, and debt financing.
Connect SMBs with diverse alternative funding sources, including various government-backed financing schemes.
Organize and manage impactful investor meets, facilitating matchmaking with angel networks and micro-VCs.
Tracking Impact & Measurement:
Maintain detailed SMB growth data, meticulously tracking key metrics such as revenue, job creation, and funding raised.
Develop compelling success stories and case studies to showcase impact and attract further investment.
Provide strategic insights on SMB ecosystem development within the hub.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience working with SMBs, industry bodies, or corporate innovation programs.
Strong understanding of business scaling, market access, and alternative financing mechanisms.
Experience with public procurement and corporate partnerships is a valuable asset.
Solid stakeholder engagement, business advisory, and project management skills.
