Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
Create a positive and engaging learning workplace for students
Teach students using a variety of instructional methods and materials
Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
Participate in career development activities to stay current in teaching practices

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Teaching certification or licensure required
Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques for diverse learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
