Job Title: Social Worker
Job Summary: A Social Worker assesses clients' needs, provides counseling and support, connects individuals with community resources, and advocates for their rights and well-being. They work with people facing challenges such as mental health issues, family conflicts, poverty, abuse, addiction, disability, or illness.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
Develop individualized care or intervention plans.
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
Connect clients with healthcare, housing, financial, educational, and community resources.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, and community organizations.
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Conduct home visits and risk assessments when required.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field.




State or national social work license/certification (where required).
Knowledge of social services, case management, and community resources.
Experience in counseling or client advocacy is preferred.

Salary: Salary varies depending on location, education, experience, and employer.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
