Role & responsibilities Reporting To: Area Operations ManagerRole Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for driving store performance by achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store staff, and maintaining smooth store operations.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
Drive store sales and achieve assigned targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to improve performance.
Recruit and develop staff while controlling attrition.
Manage store cash, inventory, and POS operations.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Ensure SOP compliance and proper store operations.
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and product quality.
Schedule staff shifts and maintain adequate staffing levels.

Qualifications & Skills:




Graduate (minimum qualification). with 4 years of Store manager experience
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer handling ability.
Result-oriented with multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced retail workplace
