Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lalganj. This position involves managing and expanding the customer base, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and promoting the company’s in-house and international eyewear brands. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market visits, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely order processing and follow-up.





The role also requires gathering market intelligence, analyzing sales performance, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and marketing support, and representing the brand portfolio at trade events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Solid account management and relationship-building capabilities with retail and distribution partners.

Ability to analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and develop action plans to achieve targets.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining product features and value.

Experience in eyewear, fashion, FMCG, or a related consumer goods industry is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Comfort with on-the-ground fieldwork, local travel, and working in a target-driven setting.

Solid organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
