Role Description This is a full time, in office Store Manager role located in Ahmedabad.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating product displays, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining store hygiene and safety. The role involves driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, handling escalations,



and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

The Store

Manager also monitors retail loss prevention measures, analyzes store performance, prepares reports, and collaborates with leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities.

Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.

Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and daily operations.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize shrinkage.

Prior experience in retail or FMCG, preferably in food or specialty products.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.

Comfort with basic computer applications and POS systems; familiarity with retail reporting tools is an advantage.

Relevant educational background in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
