Roles and Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation & Monitoring
Operate and monitor plant machinery, equipment, and systems efficiently.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.
Ensure optimal performance of equipment to meet production targets.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement timely solutions.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and calibration of current machinery.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and incidents.
Prepare reports on equipment performance, downtime, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory documentation standards.

Safety & Compliance




Follow all safety protocols and statutory regulations.
Conduct periodic inspections and risk assessments to ensure a protected work setting.
Promote adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the team.

Team Coordination & Support
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to maintain smooth operations.
Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
Participate in emergency response and problem-solving during critical situations.

Education:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics/Telecommunication (preferred)
