Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Rabale , Navi Mumbai

Experience : 2 – 4 years

Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.




Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer roll-out.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and complete joining formalities .
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
Coordinate with HR and department heads for manpower planning.
Work on employer branding and improve recruitment strategies.
Achieve hiring targets within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)

Required Skills · Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.

· Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment companies is preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
