Key Responsibilities
Assess students' learning abilities, strengths, and challenges.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction based on students' needs.
Adapt lesson plans, teaching methods, and learning materials.
Support students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, speech and language delays, and other special needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and school administrators to support student development.
Encourage students' social, emotional, and life skills.
Create a positive, secure, and inclusive learning workplace.
Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and career development programs.
