SPECIAL EDUCATOR / TEACHER/ FACILITATOR FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Location: Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore, Karnataka
Job Type: Full time Timings: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹15,000/- per month. Slightly negotiable for suitable candidates
Immediate Joiners Job Role To provide individualized education and support to children with special needs in an inclusive setup. The teacher will help each child reach their learning, social, and life skills goals.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver lessons tailored to different learning needs and abilities - Use play-based, activity-based, and remedial teaching methods - Maintain Individual Education Plans (IEP) for each child - Collaborate with parents, therapists,
and coordinator for child’s overall progress - Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom setting - Maintain records of attendance, progress, and assessments Qualifications &
Skills - Education: Graduate or equivalent - Language: Positive hold on English and Kannada/Hindi. Good communication skills - Experience: Prior experience with CWSN preferred, but freshers with passion can apply - Other: Patience, empathy, willingness to work in an inclusive setup
