This opportunity is with our client Hiring: Snowflake Service Lead Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Experience: 6–10 Years

CTC: is based on your experience and previous salary Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Only candidates currently serving notice)

Open Positions: 2 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Snowflake support/service function.

Triage, prioritise, and resolve production issues across Snowflake and the contemporary data stack.

Handle critical incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.

Mentor and manage junior data engineers.





Improve service desk processes, reporting, and client communication.

Work closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.

Expertise in at least one of dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, or Terraform.

Experience in production support, managed services, or service desk settings.

Valuable understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball Facts & Dimensions).

Experience with Jira/JSM or similar ticketing tools.

Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, communication, and leadership skills. Good to Have

Experience supporting a Snowflake platform.

Knowledge of data quality SLAs and data contracts.

Exposure to DataHub or other data lineage/catalog tools.

Experience building or improving support/service desk operations.
