We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage our end-to-end bidding process. You will be responsible for identifying relevant government and private tenders, preparing technical and financial documents, and ensuring timely submissions. The ideal candidate has robust analytical skills and a proven track record of successful bid management.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification: Search and identify relevant tender prospects on portals like GeM, e-Procurement, and CPPP.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive bid documents, including technical proposals, financial bids, and compliance checklists.
Bid Submission: Manage the complete online and offline submission process, ensuring all deadlines and fee requirements (EMD/Tender Fees) are met.
Pre-bid Management:
Attend pre-bid meetings and handle clarifications or queries with government buyers or clients.
Post-bid Support: Track tender status, maintain a database of won/lost bids, and assist in contract finalization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma Engg., Business, Commerce, r a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in government/PSU tendering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reports .
Soft Skills: Excellent communication for client liaison and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
