THE ESSENTIALS:-
Onsite — Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Night shift, aligned to US business hours
2–4 years of US IT recruiting — experienced only, no freshers
WHAT YOU'LL DO:-
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US requirements across IT and non-IT
Run multiple reqs end-to-end — from sourcing through offer
Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and keep candidates engaged
Keep the pipeline full and the ATS clean
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:-
Solid sourcing on US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder)
and LinkedIn
Solid grasp of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work-authorization types
A multitasker who runs a full desk independently — and still helps the team
Sharp, resourceful, a quick learner, with excellent English
