Role Responsibilities
Lead a recruitment team and drive full-cycle hiring across regions.
Manage sourcing strategies using job boards and internal databases.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS and oversee documentation processes.
Job Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Engineering/Semiconductor/IT recruitment for India and APAC.
Robust knowledge of local and regional hiring practices and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies.
