Role Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Doctors, Consultants, and Leadership positions across multiple locations.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles.
Build solid talent pipelines through networking, referrals, job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Partner with business leaders, Medical Directors, and HR teams to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Manage executive search assignments for functional heads, hospital administrators, and senior management positions.




Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring costs.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top healthcare talent.
Maintain recruitment compliance and accurate documentation in the ATS/HRMS.
Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.

Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to healthcare recruitment.
Proven experience in hiring Doctors, Specialists, Surgeons, and Leadership roles.
Solid networking and headhunting capabilities.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced setting.
