Santamonica Study Abroad is looking for a Student Relation Officer to join our Kothamangalam office. The role involves assisting students throughout the admission process and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with course and application enquiries.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.
Coordinate documentation and application processing.
Support students throughout the admission journey.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Customer service or counselling experience is preferred.
Freshers with robust communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
