Key Responsibilities:
Master the Guidewire Suite of applications and align them with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and improve business processes in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain.
Use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to inform decisions.
Create documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories) and support project management.
Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s in Business, IT, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in P&C; insurance.
Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
