Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring: Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers for doctors, specialists, nurses, and technicians.
Stakeholder Partnering: Work with department heads and medical directors to identify staffing needs.
Compliance & Onboarding: Verify medical licenses, background checks, and regulatory standards like NABH or JCI
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Hospital Administration.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
Skills: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), medical specialities, and active sourcing via qualified networks
