The Marquis Manor is a luxury design house in Delhi, specializing in bespoke furniture, curated décor, and exceptional interior experiences. We cater to discerning clients seeking timeless elegance and personalized design solutions.

We are looking for a energetic and sales-driven store manager who can deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience while driving client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist luxury clientele visiting the Experience Centre.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture, décor, and interior solutions.
Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
Handle client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage store operations, inventory updates, and product displays.
Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the purchasing journey.




Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on client requirements.
Ensure the showroom maintains luxury hospitality and presentation standards at all times.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and client relationships.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, furniture, interior design, or premium lifestyle brands.
Solid client handling and sales abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand luxury consumer preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
Confident in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Qualified appearance and presentation skills are essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
