About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelors degree or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and business intelligence
Proven expertise in advanced data modeling, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Solid understanding of data quality and governance principles

It would be outstanding if you also had . . .
Prior experience working in the life sciences or pharma sectors (preferred but not compulsory)
Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering team growth

What will you be doing in this role
Plan and lead data analysis projects, guiding junior analysts to ensure successful execution and timely deliverables.
Design and implement advanced data models and analytics solutions using tools such as Python, R, and SQL to resolve complex business challenges.
Create and modify reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, organizing data to communicate findings effectively to decision-makers.
Build comprehensive BI dashboards that analyze and present actionable insights to stakeholders across various business units.
Consult with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions that improve outcomes.
Research, automate, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and operational performance.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, advising them on improving technical skills and enhancing their understanding of data analytics.
Ensure data quality and accuracy by designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks and validation checks.
