What We Are Looking For:

We seek a dynamic leader with a strong background in Technical Services (preferably Technical Records) within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a mix of domain expertise, leadership ability, and customer-focused project delivery skills.

Industry Experience
Minimum 5 years in the aviation domain (with solid exposure to Technical Services / Technical Records).
Experience in aircraft lease transactions, technical records auditing, and in office transition projects (e.g., End-of-Lease).

Educational Background
Bachelors degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.

Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of compliance auditing: Airworthiness Directives (ADs)/SBs/STC, Life Limited Parts (LLPs), Structural Repairs, Hard Time Components.
Proficiency with M&E; systems (AMOS, Trax, etc.).




Familiarity with Aircraft Technical maintenance records & technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.
Knowledge of IATA standards for records auditing and Aircraft Lease Contracts.
Ability to work with OEM platforms.
