The Right Individual
We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 4 years experience who will support cloud infrastructure and contact center (voice) platform operations. The role involves implementation of current solutions in enterprise, cloud environments for large clients in the contact-center domain. Key Responsibilities:
Cloud infrastructure: Design and manage AWS-based infrastructure that includes EC2, S3, Autoscaling group, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, Route53, ALB, security group, etc.
Automate infra using CloudFormation.
Configuring Web Servers, proxies, Load balancers.
Deploy scalable micro-service architecture-based components using platforms such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes.
Managing Client interactions.
Deploying & managing high quality solutions in the contact-centre domain .
