Roles and Responsibilities:

Plant Operation & Monitoring
Operate and monitor Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
Ensure continuous, productive, and secure functioning of all water treatment processes.
Monitor process parameters and water quality to meet regulatory and company standards.

Water Quality Testing & Compliance
Conduct routine sampling and basic testing, including pH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, and other relevant parameters.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company SOPs.
Report abnormalities promptly to supervisors or engineers.

Maintenance & Equipment Handling
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and other plant equipment.




Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs or equipment replacement.
Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of plant systems.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate logs of operations, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
Prepare reports as required by plant management and regulatory authorities.

Safety & Environmental Compliance
Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and adhere to company EHS policies.
Ensure protected handling, storage, and dosing of chemicals.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the plant area.
