Reporting To: Head – Business Development

Role Overview The incumbent will independently manage the complete tendering process for RFIs, EOIs, RFPs, GeM bids, government tenders and other business opportunities. After receiving approved pricing from the Head – Business Development, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring complete and timely bid submission.

Key Responsibilities Identify and track relevant tenders and business opportunities.

Review tender documents and identify technical, commercial, statutory and eligibility requirements.

Manage end-to-end bid preparation and submission within deadlines.

Prepare tender summaries, compliance matrices, checklists, annexures and response documents.

Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Legal and other internal departments.

Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, technology partners and suppliers.

Ensure all required documents,



certificates and approvals are included in the bid.

Submit bids through GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals.

Track corrigenda, clarifications, bid openings, evaluations and post-submission requirements.

Maintain tender trackers, submission records and a centralized document repository.

Qualification and Experience Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in tender or bid management.

Experience in defence, aerospace, engineering or government procurement is preferred.

Valuable knowledge of GeM, CPPP and government tendering procedures.

Key Skills Solid documentation and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders under strict deadlines.

Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF tools.

High attention to detail and understanding of technical and commercial documents.
