The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, HR documentation, employee engagement, and statutory compliance (PF & ESI). The role also ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and supports a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding
Attendance and leave management
Payroll coordination
Employee documentation and HR records
Employee engagement and grievance handling
PF, ESI, and labor law compliance
HR reports and administrative support
Qualification:
Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field
2–5 years of HR experience
Positive communication and MS Office skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
