Role: ERP / Strategy Manager

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P.)

Purpose of the Role To work closely with the CMD, CEO, Board of Directors and CXOs in formulating and executing the organization's long-term and short-term strategic vision. The role will drive business transformation initiatives, current business development, operational excellence, digital transformation, ERP implementation, governance frameworks, performance management systems and cross-functional strategic projects across all business verticals.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce or related discipline.
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.
Certified ERP module certification (SAP/Oracle) will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
710 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Excellence, Operations, Project Management or Corporate Planning.
Experience in Manufacturing, Forging, Auto Components, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Products or related sectors.
Proven experience in driving organizational transformation, ERP implementation, process improvement and strategic business initiatives.
Exposure to M&A;, Joint Ventures, Current Business Development or Corporate Strategy will be highly preferred
